Two wires run side by side around the finger - one plain and polished, one made of tiny silver beads - and a pavé bow sits across the front where they meet.
The double band is what makes a bow this small work. On a single wire it would look like a charm stuck on an afterthought; with a second line running behind it, the bow reads as the knot in a ribbon that wraps the whole finger.
