Delivery destinations and currency
We deliver to Australia and the United States. All prices on this store are in Australian dollars (AUD). Standard delivery to either destination is A$12.90, with free standard delivery on orders of A$149 or more.
Select your preferred delivery method at checkout. All parcels are fully tracked and shipped via trusted couriers. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Processing Time
- Non-personalised pieces (including moss agate and moissanite): dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Personalised pieces (engraving, photo, names or birthstones): 1–2 business days of order processing, then 3–5 business days of production — up to 4–7 business days before dispatch in the longest case. Many of our best sellers are made and dispatched within 1–2 business days; we state the longest case so you can plan with confidence.
Door to door, that is about 9–15 business days for non-personalised pieces and up to 19 business days for personalised pieces in the longest case.
We hand-finish every item with care. If your order contains multiple pieces, they will be shipped together once the final piece is ready.
