Delivery destinations and currency

We deliver to Australia and the United States. All prices on this store are in Australian dollars (AUD). Standard delivery to either destination is A$12.90, with free standard delivery on orders of A$149 or more.

Select your preferred delivery method at checkout. All parcels are fully tracked and shipped via trusted couriers. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Processing Time

• Non-personalised pieces (including moss agate and moissanite): dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Personalised pieces (engraving, photo, names or birthstones): 1–2 business days of order processing, then 3–5 business days of production — up to 4–7 business days before dispatch in the longest case. Many of our best sellers are made and dispatched within 1–2 business days; we state the longest case so you can plan with confidence.

Door to door, that is about 9–15 business days for non-personalised pieces and up to 19 business days for personalised pieces in the longest case.

We hand-finish every item with care. If your order contains multiple pieces, they will be shipped together once the final piece is ready.

Australian GST, Customs and Duty

Orders are shipped to Australia from our overseas fulfilment partners. For goods with a customs value of A$1,000 or less per consignment (shipping and insurance are not counted towards that threshold), the Australian Border Force does not collect GST or duty at the border. Our jewellery sits well below that figure, so for the great majority of orders there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

IfShe is not currently registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added at checkout. If a consignment does exceed the A$1,000 low-value threshold, it is cleared on a standard import declaration and GST, duty and processing charges may apply — those charges are set and collected by the Australian Border Force, not by us.

Standard delivery within Australia is A$12.90, and is free on orders over A$149.
